Since migration from 2.x to 3.x, swaitcat does not work, Open channel failed rc=-6006
Problem
--SEND _ Error ( Open channel failed rc=-6006) when using the synchronous CFTCOM--config command for the synchronous com: TCPIP:xhttp://localhost:1765
Resolution
*The problem is probably related to the fact that since CFT version 3.x, the TCP resolver no longer make use of GetHostByName but GetAddrInfo instead and this last no longer resolve from its own 'localhost' used in the customer's config command for the SWAITCAT.
To get the issue fixed:
Check/update the etc/host* file so the 'localhost' is defined or if IPV6 is not used on that system, switch back to the IPV4 resolver (available in the UCONF file)
*or elsewhere, depends if and how the COMMONSEARCH is specified in the resolver setup file
