DV 4.12 causes LIBEAY32-TMWD.dll not found error in Adobe Acrobat XI after upgrade

Problem

* When you open a PDF after upgrading Adobe Acrobat to XI, you see an error claiming you need to reinstall, like the following:

Unable to locate component - This application has failed to start because LIBEAY32-TMWD.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Resolution

-- Reboot or log off the system and this error will go away.   This is caused by a change to some environmental variables and the system needs a reboot for the changes to take effect.
