Problem

Issue during connection between Interchange and Secure Relay DMZ node.
DMZ node is in "starting" status in Interchange UI.

Resolution

It looks like the Secure relay certificate has been expired and this causes the issue. To fix it please follow the steps below.

1. On Secure Relay side : stop the router agent and do a backup of DMZ folder.
2. On Interchange side : delete all files in ..\common\conf\certs.
3. Make a screenshot of the configuration then delete the DMZ node.
4. Add another DMZ node in the user interface. The trading engine generates a new set of certificates for Secure Relay.
5. Export from UI and deploy it to the Secure Relay system.
