[PROBLEM]

Windows user (local or domain) not recognized in Copilot running on Windows 2012 (in domain) and CFT 3.1.3

Error received is that the user and password do not match.

[SOLLUTION]

Set CFT UI service (Copilot) to start under local system account.

Restart Copilot service.

Now connection with local users and domain users works as expected.
