Problem

When using a domain administrator account, DV's settings remain disabled even though it was executed via "Run as Administrator."

Resolution

If DV does not have the rights to change its own configuration parameters, the UI will be disabled. These rights are generally only available to administrators. In some environments, it may be necessary to use a Local Administrator account in order to execute DV with the permissions needed to change its own configuration.
