Resolution

Error below has been reported to IBM:

IEW2801S D41C AN I/O ERROR OCCURRED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO READ DIRECTORY ENTRIES FROM DDNAME SYSLIB

IBM recommended a maintenance of the OS.

Workaround:

IBM recommended to change all datasets in the SYSLIB concatenation to PDSE as a work-around.
