CFTUTIL Commands do not have same time stamp as server

Resolution

CFTUTIL relies on the system date and time and in regards of the environment variable TZ (if set) .

When the regional settings are set to match your local date and time, you can unset the TZ environment variable that can be a source of unexpected time shift.
