Alerts Do not fire when using custom function TrkGetCGurl() provided by CG

Resolution

* alerts does not seems to be triggered and the below DEBUG information can be noticed in sentinel log file:

* This is because "axway.cg.frontend.url" property in not the "<Sentinel_Home>/conf/server.properties" file

* Get this value from CG team update the file and restart Sentinel
