Very slow transfers observed in regards of the bandwidth available

Resolution

FDISP is set to CHECK, Transfer CFT performs an File STAT (FSTAT) for each record, which has a significant negative impact on performances.

The FDISP=CHECK feature is disabled on Transfer CFT for z/OS platforms (From 3.2.4) (no action occurs when FDISP=CHECK).

It is not needed on that platform since the system uses and propagate ENQs to lock the files.
