Resolution

DV CRL HTTP requests look like the following. Note the no-cache header which informs proxies not to give DV a cached version of the CRL if they have one -

GET /my.crl HTTP/1.1
Host: localhost:1234
Pragma: no-cache
User-Agent: Axway_Desktop_Validator/4.12.1.3.0
