Problem

The upgrade from 3.6 to 3.10 worked just fine but any CFT command is now returning UCONF error(s)

Resolution

The upgrade should be launched with no CFT profile loaded and/or, after the upgrade, ensure the new profile is loaded before attemting any CFT command.
