Clarifying Access to “Teams” in the Manager Module for Administrators and Super Admin Users
Problem
Even Super Admin users may not see the "Teams" section under Manager -> Teams in the Manager module. This can be confusing, as Administrators and Super Admins are expected to have full access.
Resolution
To view and access the "Teams" section under the Manager module, the user must be in DESIGN mode. This applies even to Super Admin users.
Resolution steps:
- Ensure that you are logged in as a user with sufficient privileges (e.g., Super Admin).
- Switch to DESIGN mode using the mode selector:
- Navigate to Manager ->Teams. The “Teams” option will now be visible and accessible.
