Problem

--In unix environment, some times, when the monitor has not been stopped correctly, the message "S_TCP : already in use"  may be encountered the next time CFT is started.

Resolution

--Check for file  "$CFTDIRDAT/S_TCP"  (fildat/S_TCP), delete it and restart CFT

In some condition when CFT is not stopped properly, it can happen that file is not deleted as expected.
