Simultaneous transfers issues

Problem

When 3 transfers are running, the customer is not able to send any more files without getting message related to the maximum number of transfers available.

Resolution

At CFT start, the product LOG shows information related to the license, there are only 3 authorized simultaneous transfers allowed.
The limitation may also be due to the configuration of CFT. Parameter MAXTRANS should reflect the license capability but may be set to a lower value.
The MAXTRANS parameter value represents the maximum authorized number of simultaneous transfers for the monitor.
Its default value for the Windows is 16, but we can set its value from 1 to 128 (for the Windows platform). This value sets the physical limit for the product but is of course fully dependent of the software protection key.

Also this value is for simultaneous transfer. If we set the value for maxtrans=64, this means we can have maximum of 64 simultaneous transfers. But if we try to transfer more than 64 simultaneous transfers, the monitor will output messages related to the simultaneous transfers exceeded and will process those new transfers as soon as an existing active session will be freed.

The CFT parameter sample file has maxtrans=16. But every time the CFT starts, it creates a CFTLOG file, which shows CFT license limitation value.

Log above show that both the license and the MAXTRANS value are set to 3,
