Random anomaly when launching CFT 251

CFT environment must be set prior trying to start the monitor. The batch named 'profile.bat' has to be executed first. It is located in the runtime directory.

Since CFT version 2.5.1, before starting CFT the profile.bat have to be executed to set CFT environment.
cftinit can then be executed for the desired configuration file and then CFT can be started.
