"+" sign prefixing all  CFT-Messages (i.e +CFTI18I CFT/ESA.)
What is the meaning of the '+' sign ?

Character "+" is added in front of all  CFT messages written in the log when the loadlib used is not APF authorized.

This can prevent CFT monitor to achieve some operations like using IEBCOPY when dealing with PDS files.

It also provide an instant information about APF authorization when troubleshooting a reported issue.
