Problem

When you send a package with the File Transfer Direct plugin to Outlook 2003, a composed email window remains open after hitting "send".

Solution

This has been seen with Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2.  Updating to the required service pack level (SP3) corrected the problem.  Please check to confirm that your operating system and Outlook versions match the requirements specified in the File Transfer Direct User's Guide.  The guide can be found at the link to the right if you do not already have it.
