Business Unit admin unable to see all messages in Message Tracking
Under Message Tracking (when logged in as a Business Unit admin), the “Group” field doesn’t have the “All” option available (unlike the default “admin” account).
Due to this, if a Business Unit (BU) admin has multiple BUs assigned, then this admin cannot view the messages of different/multiple BUs at one time.
Resolution
This is a normal MG behavior. In order to see “All” option for the Group filter in Message Tracking report, you must assign to the admin permission to track “All User Groups”.
1. Login as super admin 'admin'
2. Navigate to Administration > Users and Groups > Administrators and pick the admin user in question
3. Edit the Role named "Message Tracking Administrator" and change the setting for "Manage Business Unit Message Tracking" permission. Select "All User Groups" from the Scope drop-down
4. Hit OK to save.
