WFNANE file is sometimes not deleted when the transfer ends with an error.

Problem

When receiving transfer using WFNAME, the temporary (WFNANE) file is sometimes not deleted if the transfer ends with an error.

Resolution

This is normal behavior for transfer ended with error resulting STATE H - the transfer is "Restartable".
The customer may need to perform manual deletion of the temporary file, if the transfer is cancelled (not restarted) to avoid accumulation of the temporary files on the system.

However, the temporary file (WFNAME) will be deleted if the transfer ended with error resulting STATE K - the transfer is NOT restartable.
