After installing SP9 or higher on Sun x86-64 versions of CFT 3.1.3 CFT commands fail with missing library
Problem
After installing Transfer_CFT_3.1.3_SP11_sun-x86-64_BN10774000.zip on CFT 3.1.3 SP8, the following errors are seen when running CFT commands.
ERROR:
stdssunstfc - CFT v3.1.3 > cftutil about
ld.so.1: CFTUTIL: fatal: libxnet.so.1: version `SUNW_1.3.1' not found (required by file /usr/local/Axway/Synchrony/Transfer_CFT/home//lib/libtftools.so)
ld.so.1: CFTUTIL: fatal: libxnet.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory
Resolution
This is a known problem. On Solaris 10 running Transfer CFT 3.1.3 SP9 and higher requires that the customer update the package SUNWcslr. We recommend to upgrade to the most recent level of Solaris 10 (Service Pack) or at least to upgrade the SUNWcslr package.
The command "pkginfo -l SUNWcslr" will give the information about the installed version of the SUNWcslr package.
The customer needs to upgrade this package to at least this version prior to installing Transfer CFT 3.1.3 SP9 or higher:
• VERSION: 11.10.0,REV=2005.01.21.16.34
• VENDOR: Oracle Corporation
• PSTAMP: on10ptchfeatx20110330160106
