Integrator access management via PassPort: General implementation procedure

Installing the products and tools

Use the Axway Installer to install the following elements:

• Database
• PassPort
• Integrator Server
Installation details

During Integrator installation:

• Select the Use Passport AM option
• Set the PassPort AM connection parameters:
  • PassPort AM domain: Enter Synchrony
  • Verify PassPort AM port number (default port: 6090)
• Enter the product (component) identifier (Component ID name)

Note: The PassPort AM domain and product identifier must be identical to the ones defined in PassPort AM.

Checking the installation

1	Start Axway Database (or third-party database)
2	Check the PassPort database installation
3	Run PassPort installation checks

Implementation

Configure PassPort

Step	Task	Go to procedure
1	Check the PassPort configuration
2	Connect to PassPort
3	Configure SMTP
4	Import the CSD file
5	Add an administrative user
6	Start the Integrator Server

Configure Integrator

Integrator settings for communication with PassPort were configured during Integrator installation. There are no additional Integrator configuration tasks necessary after installation.
